Jeremie Vaislic talks about Investing in Food, Enterpreneurship

Started his career at Lazard in Mergers and Acquisitions, and went on to start and grow West Point Derivatives, an Interdealer brokerage business for banking, hedge funds, and asset manager clients which he sold in September 2013.

He now focuses on a fine patisserie concept opened in collaboration with three Michelin star experienced Chef Joakim Prat. Maitre Choux is a Choux Pastry specialist opened at various locations in London.
